- Inspect the results of FG and IPC and document
- Provide reports, information, and recommendations to the supervisor or next shift
- Monitor employee performance
The Role:
- Inspect the finished product based on AQL General Inspection level II Normal Inspection and predetermined specifications
- Working closely with the production department to analyze production results that are not in accordance with specifications
- Responsible for the results of the finished good inspection that has been declared released
- Issue NCR (Non Conforming Report) to the production party for products that do not comply with the predetermined specifications
Requirement:
- Minimal Diploma Degree (D3) - Chemical analyst or Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or MIPA Chemical or Biotechnology or Food Technology or Pharmacy from Reputable University, with minimum GPA 3.00
- Fresh Graduate or Maximum 2 years Working Experience as In-Process Control (IPC) Quality Control Staff
- Have a passion to work in the Production Field
- Meticulous, Focus, and Not easily bored
- Familiar with Excel, Power Point, and SAP
- Resilient person with Integrity, Positive Thinking, Dynamic (Active, Persuasive, Confident & Independent), Innovate, Discipline, Love a Challenge and Learn New Things, and Healthy in Physical and Spiritual
- Willing to Work Shift (3-Shifts), Work Under-Pressure, Work Overtime, Handling complex work, and Able to Working individually and team
- Working hours:
(3-Shifts, Monday to Saturday)
- Monday to Friday (Break 1 Hour) :
Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:00
Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00
Shift 3: 22:00 – 06:00
- Saturday (Without a Break) :
Shift 1: 06:00 – 11:00
Shift 2: 11:00 – 16:00
Shift 3: 16:00 – 21:00
