
Oversee and coordinate the planning,
organizing, and leadership necessary to achieve the stated objective in OEE,
spare parts management, improvement and customer satisfaction.
The Role:
The purpose of this role will be to support the
day to day maintenance activities of Lion Wings production facility. This role requires a strong individual who can manage the day to
day maintenance requirements from breakdown, corrective and preventive
maintenance.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) - Electrical Engineering (High or Low Voltage), with minimum GPA 3.00
- Fresh Graduate or Minimum 2 years Working Experience as Electric (Electrical) Maintenance or Engineering Staff
- Have a passion to work in The Electric Maintenance or Engineering Department
- Love to work in the field (Production Plant)
- Meticulous, Focus, and Not easily bored
- Familiar with Excel, Power Point, and SAP preferably
- Strong Leadership, Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Good personality and attitude, Good Project Management, Good Time Management, Good analytic, High initiative, Proactive, Problem Solver, High Emotional intelligence, Strong experience working in a dynamic environment is a powerful advantage

- Willing to Work Shift (3-Shifts), Work Under-Pressure, Work Overtime, Handling complex work, and Able to Working individually and team
- Working hours:
(3-Shifts, Monday to Saturday)
- Monday to Friday (Break 1 Hour) :
Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:00
Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00
Shift 3: 22:00 – 06:00
- Saturday (Without a Break) :
Shift 1: 06:00 – 11:00
Shift 2: 11:00 – 16:00
Shift 3: 16:00 – 21:00
