The Export Assistant will provide support to the Export Administrator and assist in the preparation of export documents in accordance with customer requests, customs and government regulations.

The Role:


  • Prepare documents and forms to export goods efficiently through export steps and procedures.
  • Reviewing documents to ensure shipping, export fees are billed correctly.

Requirement:


  • Minimum Diploma 3 Degree - All Major, with GPA Minimum 3,00
  • At least one year of working experience in the Export-Import or Shipping Field
  • Have experience in preparing export documents, customs and excise
  • Willing to work in front of the computer all day
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have basic knowledge of export shipping regulations and policies
  • Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office or related software
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
