Menjalankan produksi dengan efisien sesuai dengan plan dari Supervisor Produksi.

• Running daily production according to Supervisor planning
• Conduct inspections to all production areas (including utilities) which are their responsibility, handle any problems and report to Supervisor/Engineering if anything cannot be handled
• Carry out the handover process from the previous shift and briefing to all employees on the current shift
• Arranging production planning with the Team Leader to the Field
• Checking the PO realization machine for the previous shift
• Carry out stock taking of production materials (daily for movable and immovable objects) every month
• Implement 5R and K3 programs
• Ensure that ISO and CPKB documents are documented
• Doing administration
• Input production results, waste, and downtime in the OEE (Overall Equipment Effetivness) file
• Input product net weight for comparison in SAP
• If the shift ends before the holiday, the staff is obliged to make sure all electrical equipment and water taps are turned off

• Bachelor Degree  (S1) - Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (High or Low Voltage), with minimum GPA 3.00
• Fresh Graduate or Maximum 2 years Working Experience as Production Staff
  
• Have a passion to work in the Production Field

• Familiar with Excel, Power Point, and SAP

• Willing to Work Shift (3-Shifts), Work Under-Pressure, Work Overtime, Handling complex work, and Able to Working individually and team
  
• Working hours:
  *) 3-Shifts, Monday to Saturday:
  - Monday to Friday (Break 1 Hour) :
     Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:00
     Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00
     Shift 3: 22:00 – 06:00
  - Saturday (Without a Break) : 
     Shift 1: 06:00 – 11:00
     Shift 2: 11:00 – 16:00
     Shift 3: 16:00 – 21:00
  (Note: Shift schedule change once a week, for example: First week: Shift 1, Second week: Shift 2, Third week: Shift 3, and so on)
