Responsible for carrying out the Mold Making and Repairing Process, both Blowong Mold and Injection Mold until the Mold can be produced properly and smoothly.

The Role:

•Implementing the process of making and repairing existing molds and supporting the smooth production of Injection & blowing.

Execute the weekly work plan, and describe it and carry out control into the daily work plan

Perform on-site mold repairs when needed

•Review and validate and direct the work of employees

•Analyze every problem (problem) and try to find the root of the problem and the solution, either individually or in coordination with superiors and other related parties.

•Coordinate with other departments (MTC and Production.) related to the mold Repair process

•Coordinate with other departments (QC/MTC/ENG/Robotic/PPIC.) related to the production process.

•Continuous improvement for production work systems and methods to be more effective and efficient.

•Ensuring Company Regulations, 5R, K3, SOP can run well.

•Improve the Skill & Knowledge of the employees under them.

•Organizing the implementation/implementation of ISO 9001:2018, ISO 14001:2018 & HAS 23000 procedures in the Production Department to comply with SOPs & Work Instructions as well as quality objectives.

•Perform all tasks related to Production activities.

Requirement:

  • Diploma (D3) / Bachelor Degree (S1) - Industrial Mechanical Engineering or Production Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Mechanical Engineering graduates, GPA min. 3.00
  • D3 / S1 Mechanical Engineering Production or Manufacturing graduates, and SMK Production Mechanical Engineering GPA min. 3.00
  • Fresh Graduate or Have Work Experience as Molding Staff
  • Have skills: Lathe, Milling or Frais, Welding, Grinding, CNC, etc
  • Likes to work in the field, Willing to Work Shifts, Willing to Work Under Pressure, Willing to Work Overtime
  • Have Strong Leadership, Physically and Mentally Healthy
