Purchasing has the role of providing materials for production purposes. Purchasing handles the buying process, manages all goods to meet production requirements, daily administrative activities related to purchases (Purchase Order & Purchase Request), closely coressponds with vendors, and data reporting.
The Role:
- Have Import Competence
- Understanding Import Customs, Import Process, Import Policies and Instruments
- Proficient in processing and analyzing data
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) – Accounting or International Business or Logistics, Economic Studies with minimum GPA 3.00 from Reputable Universities
- Fresh Graduate or 1 year Working Experience as Staff Import, Staff Purchasing Packaging
- Fluent in English (oral and written) is a MUST, and/or Fluent in mandarin is preferred
- Experienced with Excel, Power Point, and SAP
- Good Communication, strong negotiation, time management, and analytic skill
- Willing to learn, work under-presssure, proactive, and able to work well individually or in a team
- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
