- Provide direction and education to employees
- Make a report on the production of the following problems to the boss
- Handover of machines and production areas to the next shift staff
The Role:
- Arrange production employees
- Running injection & blowing machines
- Maintain production results in accordance with product specifications
- Maintain production results to match the target
- Analyze the use of raw materials
- Record production results
- Machine settings and trouble shooting production machines
- Making work reports to superiors
Requirement:
- Diploma Degree (D3) - Industrial Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (High or Low Voltage), with minimum GPA 3.00
- Fresh Graduate or Maximum 2 years Working Experience as Production Injection & Blowing Staff
- Have skills in electricity in manufacturing machines
- Have a passion to work in the Production Field
- Meticulous, Focus, and Not easily bored
- Familiar with Excel, Power Point, and SAP
- Resilient person with Integrity, Positive Thinking, Dynamic (Active, Persuasive, Confident & Independent), Innovate, Discipline, Love a Challenge and Learn New Things, and Healthy in Physical and Spiritual
- Willing to Work Shift (3-Shifts or 4-Groups), Work Under-Pressure, Work Overtime, Handling complex work, and Able to Working individually and team
- Working hours:
*) 3-Shifts, Monday to Saturday:
- Monday to Friday (Break 1 Hour) :
Shift 1: 06:00 – 14:00
Shift 2: 14:00 – 22:00
Shift 3: 22:00 – 06:00
- Saturday (Without a Break) :
Shift 1: 06:00 – 11:00
Shift 2: 11:00 – 16:00
Shift 3: 16:00 – 21:00
(Note: Shift schedule change once a week, for example: First week: Shift 1, Second week: Shift 2, Third week: Shift 3, and so on)

6 Days Office Hours: The shift schedule changes every 2 days, and 2 days Holidays run, it can't be the same day every week, for example:

Monday to Tuesday : Shift 1
Wednesday to Thursday : Shift 2
Friday to Saturday : Shift 3
Sunday to Monday : OFF
Next Week:
Tueday to Wednesday : Shift 1
