Responsible for controlling the mixing process in production and managing raw materials for the production process to become a semi-finished ready for filling with conditions that have been targeted by the Company.

• Responsible for the implementation of the production mixing process and minimize the occurrence of waste and failure of the mixing process.
• Delegating production plans, reviewing and validating production team work.
• Coordinate with other departments related to the production mixing process.
• Perform Continuous Improvement for production work systems and methods to make them more effective and efficient.
• Ensuring company regulations 5R, K3, SOP can run well.
• Improve the Skill & Knowledge of the production team.
• Organizing the execution/implementation of ISO 9001:2018, ISO 14001:2018, HAS 230000 procedures in the Production department.
• Perform all tasks related to production activities.

• Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) -  Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fresh Graduate or 2 years work experience in FMCG production
• Willing to work Shift (3-Shift): Monday to Saturday
  Monday to Friday: Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm, Shift 2: 2 pm to 10 pm, Shift 3: 10 pm to 6 am
  Saturday: Shift 1: 6 am to 11 am, Shift 2: 11 am to 4 pm, Shift 3: 4 pm to 9 pm
